1. do I have to make an account to login and give?
No, you do not have to make an account for one time gifts. Yes, you do have to make an account for recurring gifts.
2. Can I schedule recurring contributions?
Yes, you can specify whether you want your contribution made one time, weekly, twice per month, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You can set up as many schedules as you would like, so it is possible to give in more than one monthly or weekly schedule.
3. Is online giving secure?
We’ve taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for “Secure Socket Layer”, a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.
4. How long will it take for my online gift to be reflected on my statement?
In most cases credit and debit card transactions should post to your credit card account or bank account within 1 day.
5. How can I obtain a receipt for my online gift?
Once your online gift is completed you will automatically be sent an email confirmation.
6. Do I pay any additional fees to give online?
There is no cost to the giver, although the church will incur a small transaction fee.
